After completing the Registration Form, commence payment by clicking the corresponding month/date Paypal Payment Button[s] provided below.

Upon Completion of payment you will be redirected from PayPal to our our Pre-Class Requisite Information Package, this package is focused on the Coaching Requirements for your License including assignments, checklist and license application.  The package is in .pdf format. Please be patient after completing the payment for the page to load. When loaded, be sure to save a copy to your computer. It is important that you review it before class.
