2009 CLASS REGISTRATION & PAYMENT LINKS
2009 Class Payment Links, including Discount/NTCB Information:
Before proceeding with payments, be sure to read all revelant information under the Spiritual Healer Program Page on this website and on this page.
The full rate for all classes in 2009 will be $799. However, there is a $100 discount for Early Bird registration (45 days before class) and a further $150 discount for all NTCB Certified Biofeedback Specialists and other practitioners Certified through NTCB and all those who are certified through NAJPA. If you are NTCB or NAJPA certified use the drop down menu by clicking on the little black arrow on the Paypal Link next to the amount and highlight/click on the discounted fee, also provide your NTCB Certification number where indicated, this number is only required for NTCB members in order to receive their discount. All NAJPA use your group certificate number.
To Register, follow the instructions provided on the Registration Form below.
After completing the Registration Form, commence payment by clicking the corresponding month/date Paypal Payment Button[s] provided below.
Upon Completion of payment you will be redirected from PayPal to our our Pre-Class Requisite Information Package, this package is focused on the Coaching Requirements for your License including assignments, checklist and license application. The package is in .pdf format. Please be patient after completing the payment for the page to load. When loaded, be sure to save a copy to your computer. It is important that you review it before class.
We rely on the honor system to be implemented using the Full Fee Links when registering/paying after the Early Bird Cut Off dates listed under each month.
